When you place an order, you receive an order number. Your order is confirmed only after our team has confirmed it with you by phone or WhatsApp.

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, the contact details are incorrect, or we cannot reach you to confirm it. If this happens you won't be charged anything.

Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include any applicable taxes. The delivery fee is shown before you confirm your order.

Payment is made in cash to the courier on delivery.

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our returns policy.

Our products are cosmetics for external use only. Read the label before use, do a patch test on a small area of skin, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. The guides on this website are general beauty advice, not medical advice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
