When you place an order, we collect:

• your name, mobile number and delivery address (emirate, area, address);
• any note you add to your order;
• the products you ordered and the order amount.

We do not collect card or bank details on this website. Your shopping cart is stored only in your own browser.

• to confirm your order by phone or WhatsApp;
• to deliver your order, by sharing your name, phone and address with our delivery partner;
• to handle returns, refunds and questions about your order;
• to keep records required by UAE law.

We share your details only with the delivery company that brings your order, and with service providers who help us run the store (such as website hosting and email). We never sell or rent your personal data.

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide our service and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

In line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data. Email us at hello@myiza.example and we will reply within 30 days.
