How does cash on delivery work?
Place your order online, we call you to confirm it, and you pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives.
How long does delivery take?
Confirmed orders are usually delivered within 1–3 working days, to all 7 emirates.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Where is my order?
Use the order tracking page with your order number and the mobile number you ordered with.
Are your products natural?
Our range is built around traditional Moroccan ingredients: argan, prickly pear seed, rose, ghassoul, black soap and nila. Each product page lists what it contains.
Can I return a product?
Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days. Damaged or wrong items are always replaced.
